My focus is a firm foundation. Builds take time. They take patience. Building that foundation together from start to finish is lengthy and tedious. We choose every detail before ground is broken. I pride myself on top tier organization.

My partnered lenders offer up-front close construction loans. This means we close within 30 days of going under contract and the lender holds the money and disburses it to the builder when needed. It secures everyone in the deal much more than a traditional construction loan. If you own land, we can use your equity in the land as down payment for the house! Lots of ways we can cut costs for you to build your dream home!

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:
  1. Size of home you desire

  2. For floor plans on file, visit builderpeople.com (if there is a floor plan you love elsewhere, please email it to me and we will have our architect get it drawn up prior to selections)

  3. Approximate cost you anticipate spending and/or financing for the build

  4. Is this your dream home/true custom or are we doing builder grade new home?

  5. What size lot do Ineed to start looking for and what location?

IF YOU OWN LAND, I NEED:
  1. Septic permit (I will help you facilitate this if you do not have it yet unless you are on sewer)

  2. Tax map number or property address so that I can pull current survey and see if we need a new one/also check value on land that you are able to use as down payment on build
